Since first hiring Joyner+Joyner a few years ago, I have had nothing but positive results from them; no points on my license and I never had to appear in court for any of my troubles in Texas. I was able to fight off two heavy handed "speeding" tickets, and a entirely inaccurate "mobile device use" t...icket. The truth is folks, hiring a lawyer for these frivolous money making schemes known as "traffic violations" should always be done as I would rather pay a lawyer to keep my perfect driving record and the points off my license and the inevitable higher insurance rates these stops can cause over time. The fact is, most of these traffic violations cops claim can and should be fought. Don't let the heavy handed/oppressive nature of those sworn to "serve and protect" cause you to bend to their will. They truly do not have much power when it comes to most legal matters, especially traffic tickets. They want you to not hire a lawyer because that makes their job easier and their ability to collect more money very simple. That's all traffic tickets are meant to do. Although there are many traffic ticket firms out there, only few who are a cut above the rest. I believe Joyner+Joyner fit that description nicely and I would also highly recommend Mr. Joyner and his firm as they have never let me down. Thank you guys!
