Trustworthy, Fair and Very Knowledgeable, Excellent representation

He would always keep us informed and keep us up to date. I think for never dealing with a Child support lawyer or any other kind of lawyer, he was very intuitive. If anyone needs a child support lawyer I would recommend Brandon.

Child Support resolution

I can highly recommend Brandon. I contacted him 2 days before a child support hearing and he worked with me to finally get my child support case resolved and the arrearages the mother owed me to finally be taken into account. We received a good resolution at the hearing and I was able to borrow mon...ey to pay the remaining arrearages in a lump sum, but Brandon offered to arrange a settlement for a lump sum that included all past and future child and medical support. Since my daughter is about to turn 17, the future support was only for 13 months. I am happy to finally be through with this child support mess and Brandon did an excellent job at the hearing and then wrapping everything up within a couple of weeks. Brandon was recommended to me by a friend in San Antonio, which was good since I no longer live in Texas. All of my interactions with Brandon were by phone, text and email. I am very satisfied with the outcome he was able to arrange for me to finally resolve this issue. I wish I had been able to hire him back in August 2009 when this whole issue started after the mother failed to return my children from their summer visitation. Then some incompetent DCFS workers and lawyers got involved and refused to work with me since I no longer lived in Texas and they gave my kids back to their mother.

Excellent representation

We hired Mr. Wong for a child support case. He provided us with excellent representation and he was very knowledgeable and responsive. Definitely recommend for this type of case.

Knows how to fight and win.

Hired Mr. Wong to represent me on a child-support arrears enforcement case. Dad was ordered to pay child- support in 1991, and up until my daughter turned 18 years of age. My daughter is now 23 years of age, and I never received child-support from her dad although it had been court ordered in 1991. ...During my initial visit Mr. Wong informed me of my right to collect any pass due child-support that was owed to me inspit of the fact that my daughter is now 23 years old. He was very informative and very knowledgeable in preparing for trial. Always very responsive, and kept me informed about what was happening with the case. He made sure that I received a copy of any and all documents. He's honest straight forward, and very professional. In May of 2014 the case went to court and I'm happy to say that Mr. Wong won my case as he said he would. Dad was ordered to pay everything that was due. I highly recommend anyone seeking a Child-support Attorney to call Mr. Brandon Jen Wong. One of the best attorney's I've had the pleasure of working with. His rates are very reasonable.

Used Mr Wongs services

I cannot recommend Mr Wong. He overcharged me and constantly tried to force me to do things I ethically could not do. My civil suit was lost in the end thru his shenanigans.
