Professional and Knowledgeable - A+ Attorney

Mr. Gustitis was professional, understanding, and most importantly knowledgeable of the law. After a warrant for my arrest was issued, I admittedly took a while to get it resolved. I opted to hire an attorney to help resolve my case. Mr Gustitis was understanding, non-judgmental, and straightforwa...rd. Little did I know the warrant was unlawful, but Mr. Gustitis knew the law well and was able to cite why this was issued unlawfully, and I am finally able to rest easy after the case was dismissed. I will definitely use Mr Gustitis's services again if needed. The reviews are accurate, and Mr Gustitis is the real deal and will fight for your rights. Thank you!

Excellent Lawyer

I hired Mr. Gustitis to represent my daughter in failure to identify case. She was a Texas A&M student, and had not had any prior interaction with the police before, and was scared of what would happen. Upon our first meeting with him, he very direct in discussing the situation, but was also very ...comforting to me and to my daughter. He listened and returned all of my calls promptly. His advise was very sound, and he was so helpful throughout the process. I think what sets him apart from other criminal lawyers besides his obvious high level of expertise, he actually cares about his clients. He always knew the status of the case and kept me very informed. His assistant, Nelda, is outstanding and wonderful to work with as well. I highly recommend his services if you want an exceptionally qualified, caring attorney to represent you in what is a very stressful event.

Saved my future

Mr. Gustitis is no doubt the best decision I've made. I never felt more scared in my life until he came to the rescue. Amazing lawyer: Caring, Professional, and VERY Responsive

Stephen Gustitis was truly a life saver. I didn't know what to do when I got into trouble and he made everything seem manageable. I was busy in my last year of school and he attended court for me whenever possible and made sure I was always prepared for everything. My case was not really the type tha...t I could beat, but Mr. Gustitis would have fought for me until the end if I had let him. He is Dedicated, kind, comforting, knowledgeable, and VERY responsive. He was always there when I needed him. Even now, I ran into an issue with the DMV a year after court, and he worked with me consistently until I was able to solve the problem. I would recommend that anyone dealing with a DWI case in College Station call Stephen Gustitis. He will not only do everything in his power to help you, but he will help ease the everyday stresses that go along with the whole horrific experience.
