Excellent Lawyer!

After receiving a MIP and Failure to Identify, I did not know what to do. I researched several attorneys and Stephen Gustitis came up as one of them. After meeting with him for the first time, I knew that he was an experienced attorney who was not only dedicated to resolving his clients' cases, but h...e also genuinely cared about his clients' well-being. Through court hearings and negotiations, the case was resolved and within a few months I was on the road for complete expungement. I will forever be grateful for the hard work and compassionate dedication that Mr. Gustitis displayed to me and my family. He and his legal assistant, Nelda, really welcomed us and were very understanding of my situation. My son got into so trouble while a student at Texas A&M and we reached out to Steve for help in both in dealing with the Texas A&M review board and the Brazos County judicial authorities. The first thing I can mention is that Steve did not treat us just like another file on his desk, but gave us very... personel attention. I know he had a busy workload, but he treated us like we were his only case. He did not tell us what we wanted to hear, but told us what to expect and fully explain the process that we would endure. Steve was no only very qualified inthe law aspect, but fully understood the process around the courthouse. I would highly recommend Steve for any issues that require a good lawyer in the Brazos County area.

Great Lawyer who truly cares about his clients

When I had some trouble with the law, I didn't know who to turn to for help. Luckily, I found Stephen Gustitis in Bryan, TX. I spoke with Stephen on multiple occasions and he always returned my phone calls when I needed to talk with him. He explained my options and made sure I understood the entir...e process before moving forward. It was obvious that he was interested in seeing justice served and helping me through this rough time of my life. I would recommend Stephen Gustitis to anyone because he is honest and he will do the best job he can. We eventually went to a jury trial where Stephen was able to have my charges dismissed. I know that Stephen worked on my case for many days and nights; he spent many hours preparing for my case even when I wasn't watching. He knows the law inside and out and his experience shows. I can NOT imagine how things could have ended up if I hadn't found Stephen Gustitis and had him defend me in a court of law. Stephen Gustitis is reliable and I would DEFINITELY recommend him to anyone.

Legal Case in College Station

This lawyer was honest about matters regarding the case, as well as fees and additional charges. From my experiences with other lawyers, I've learned that one can accrue many extraneous charges by asking the lawyer questions on the phone. However, I was never charged for any questions any I had to as...k Mr. Gustitis concerning the case over the phone or for any faxes he sent to me. On the contrary, he was very obliging, and seemed to do his best to answer all my questions in the most thorough manner possible. Mr. Gustitis never charged me for anything beyond what he had outlined to me upfront. Moreover, his fees appeared reasonable, especially in comparison to the exorbitant rates I've been charged by lawyers. Some lawyers have charged me great fees for a mere consultation. Mr. Gustitis seemed very experienced, at least with our case. He kept me well-informed throughout the entire process. I felt very comfortable having him as our lawyer, and I'd definitely recommend him.
