Excellent and Passionate Lawyer

I was arrested for a PI while on probation. Mr. Gustitis not only provided excellent legal advice and handled the PI case as well but him and his assistant Nelda were always courteous, kind, and supportive. Excellent professionals and great people!

Helped DWI Go Away

Mr. Gustitis helped me through the process of Deferred Adjudication, and ultimately a Non-Disclosure Agreement. My primary concern had to do with background checks by employers, so this strategy was very useful. I appreciate the counsel Mr. Gustitis gave and the work he did on my behalf.

Our experience with Stephen Gustitis

Having charges filed against you is an incredibly stressful experience. Stephen Gustitis was SUPERB in helping us navigate the lawsuit. He was completely dialed in to what was the most important parts of the suit we needed to focus on and how we should deal with them. He was generous with his time an...d explaining things to us when we had questions, and we had lots of them. His directions to us and his approach to handling the case made us feel like we were in knowledgeable, competent hands. We were never rushed or short changed with his time. We felt so positive about our dealings with Steve Gustitis - and that he handled us and our case so competently - that whether we won or lost the suit, we were satisfied with his representation . . . and that's what we needed in an Attorney. Our case ended without any prosecution and the DA dropping the case. We would use him again without hesitation.

Best Attorney for Criminal Defense!

I could not have asked for a better attorney to represent me when I was arrested for a public intoxication. Mr. Gustitis and his assistant Nelda truly care about customer service and would constantly keep me informed of my legal status.
