DWI Case

Stephen and his team did an excellent job handing my DWI case. It was reduced to an obstructing a highway with deferred adjudication. After the probation period, Stephen and Nelda (paralegal) helped me to received a Non-Disclosure Order. The process from start to finish was very easy and they took ca...re of every detail. Thorough, Helpful Advice

Mr. Gustitis assisted me in understanding the processes and nature of the University Student Conduct System and outlined several different approaches for my particular situation. Through patient listening and thorough explanation of my options, Mr. Gustitis guided my family and I through the difficul...t, confusing, and frustrating process of student conduct review. He was clear in his reasoning and logic, patient in listening to my many questions and concerns, and extremely helpful in presenting various sound courses of actions and their possible implications. Life Changing!

I hired Mr Gustitis for a Non-disclosure related to some trouble I got into during my late teens that has followed me throughout life, with increasing amounts of negative impact on my career over the 25 years since it happened. Knowledgeable and Kind

Mr. Gustitis was very helpful at a difficult time (our daughter was arrested for domestic violence for an incident with her boyfriend), as we'd never had to consult an attorney for any kind of criminal situation. Fortunately, there was not enough to warrant charges and the DA dropped the case, but Mr.... Gustitis and his assistant Nelda were very kind, compassionate, and clear about the steps my daughter needed to take and what she could expect. This put all of us at ease and we had every confidence in this practice. I highly recommend Mr. Gustitis in these sensitive situations.

Expunction
