I reached out to Mr. Maldonado about a possible medical malpractice issue. He took time to listen to me and appeared emphathetic during the entire call. He stated that I might have a case but even if I did it would be a steep mountain to climb. He then went on to explain laws in Texas called tort ref...orm and its effect on my possible case. Finally, he said candidly that he knows lawyers who are more expertised in this area than he is and that could better help me decide what to do. I really appreciated his time and honesty about the whole situation. Although I didn't end up hiring him, I believe Mr. Maldonado is a solid and good lawyer.
