We hired Mr. Enos to assist us in getting custody of our granddaughter. He filed the paperwork 2 hours before our mediation. He had 2 weeks to file them. Then he advised us to sign a mediation agreement that he knew would cause us to lose our granddaughter. He didn’t look after our best interest. ...

I paid $2600 upfront for a modification of child support payments. Six months went by and my wife's attorney filed suit for more money. Just days before the hearing Mr. Enos filed a motion to release me as his client when I needed him most. The hearing was a direct result of his complete inaction. He... did apologize and returned $185 of my retainer. The issues are now ongoing with a different attorney but still worsened by his inactions. He should be ashamed of himself and his blog "The Mongoose" should be more aptly named for a different sort of rodent.
