Justin Matthew Kornegay

My practice focuses on civil and commercial litigation. Specifically, I have represented both homeowners and contractors in various construction disputes, including the prosecution and defense of liens and lien foreclosures, as well as warranty and deceptive trade practices claims. I have also successfully represented clients in various real estate cases, such as residential and commercial lease disputes, evictions, and title disputes, including bench and jury trials.

Before joining the firm, I gained litigation experience at Houston firms dealing with complex commercial litigation including property and casualty insurance litigation and general business litigation, as well as civil appeals in both state and federal courts across the nation.
