 I have been practicing law for over 25 years, and have a wealth of experience in general civil litigation matters including commercial collections & consumer debt matters, having worked for national and local consumer debt recovery companies for over 12 years.  My experience includes managing a legal department, representing major banking clients, and successfully representing clients in the courtroom, in mediations and in settlement negotiations.  My private practice  focuses on the preparation of Will Packages, Probate, Consumer Debt Litigation & Debt Settlement, Name Changes, Small Claims Cases, and various other general practice matters.

 

I have lived in Katy, Texas for 26 years with my husband and daughter.  I am an active member of the Katy Bar Association, The Fort Bend County Bar Association, and the Katy Lady Lawyers Social Society, and I have served on various committees within these organizations.  I pride myself on giving each client the personal attention they need and I am available to each of my clients 24/7 via phone, text, or email.  I handle each matter with compassion and diligence for outstanding, thorough and effective results.
