To many people when a situation requires the involvement of an attorney they are on unfamiliar ground.  I take the time to listen to your problem and then propose several courses of action that accomplish the goals you set.  If you are not sure what your goals should be -- I also provide real world advice on what you are legally entitled to, and sometimes more importantly, what can you realistically expect.  By striving to understand your unique situation, without passing any judgment, I am able to craft expectations and goals that we can achieve together.

I found Kenny to be very honest and knowledgeable. I did not hire Kenny only because my finances were a bit tight but that did not stop him from helping me out with some valuable advice. He is surprisingly very prompt in his responses and extremely friendly and respectful. Although my case was probably a simple one for him, he appears to be very good at what he does. I hope I never need an attorney but if I ever do Kenny would be on top of my list.

An Attorney You Can Count On!
I worked and continue to do so with Kenny Sumner. My relationship with him started with the company I worked for and extended on a personal basis as I am currently venturing out with a new business. He was very essential to our company in negotiating million dollar contracts for the Oil and Gas Industry. I was impressed with his understanding of clients needs and how hard he worked for them. Not only is he a man of integrity, but is prompt, considerate, and very affordable. He is professional, yet compassionate, taking time to understand the feelings of people and always has time to explain legal verbiage that I would not always understand. I would never hesitate in recommending him to any of my friends and family.

Commercial litigation issues
Kenny handled a couple of commercial litigation issues and one contract matter for a small company I consult with. He handled the matters with skill and common sense, and to great success. The litigation matters were resolved favorably for us, and potential damage was mitigated. I will certainly use Mr. Sumner again- without hesitation.
