John is quite a character who keeps making you feel positive, like the "pit bull" that you've got in your corner, always knowing the next step in how to keep one step ahead of the creditors, and never letting you feel like you're backed up in the corner by yourself. That's what you've paid him for, ...and that's what he does for you, since he knows who really keeps his service going.

Mr. Mastriani is very knowledgeable in his areas of specialization and he does appear to have established relationships with numerous other attorneys which may help you in resolving your various issues. His personality and style of doing business, which is somewhat different from your typical southe...rn business practices, may take a little getting accustomed to. However, once you both come to an understanding of expectations and goals, you should be satisfied with the final outcome of your legal situation.

He's quite knowledgeable in going after collection agencies, but alot of it is built on who he knows, along w/ his legal expertise. He is very difficult to pin down. What I didn't like is when I found out he'd taken care of my problem, he charged me a bundle. I had kept asking how much this was go...ing to cost, and was never given a definite answer. He did let me pay it out, however. His staff is very good, but he leaves much to be desired. He does get results, though, so if you can put up w/ his short-comings, he's worth it.
