About me

Kendall Cockrell primarily practices in the areas of Wills, Estates and Probate where he helps individuals plan their legacy and walks families through the necessary legal process after the loss of a loved one. While Kendall is based in Beaumont, Texas, he has practiced all over the state.  Having practiced before more than 40 courts in Texas, Kendall is as familiar with the local procedures as he is with the Texas Probate Code.  Kendall has extensive experience working alongside some of the best litigators in the state on contested probate cases as well as representing estates connected with personal injury and wrongful death claims.  In addition to his wills, estates and probate practice, he also practices in the courtrooms of Southeast Texas representing those who have been injured physically or financially.
