Marian Rosen the best of the best.
Marian Rosen is one of the best attorneys for nursing home litigation. She guided me through the entire process so I was able to make sure Hopefully another family did not have to go through what I witnessed.

Questions about Qui Tam Whistleblower and False Claim Act cases!
Ms Rosen was very generous with her time and we had an excellent conversation. I have been seeking answers to my questions and Ms Rosen's knowledge of the subject was very refreshing. She would come very high recommended in my opinion.

Malpractice resulting in patient death
Marian Rosen responded promptly to my request by email and by telephone, explaining the legal situation, Tort limits, witness expenses and effort required to pursue the claim. Her arguments convinced me to drop my attempts at malpractice suit.
