In 2003, I was charged with Misdemeanor theft @ 17, and I didn't even take anything, they arrested me because I was an accessory to theft with my mom. and I was given differed adjudication 9 months probation previously the case was originally handled by my mom's lawyer @ the time, originally I was go...ing to be given 6 months behind prison, but since this was my 1st offense, they were going to give me a yr probation but cut it down to 9 months, and I completed my sentence, when I completed my sentence I was out of work and looking for a job. This is a very long story because I used the wrong attorney from the beginning. To begin with I’m a bit OCD, and Matt will know who is typing this. My situation was extremely serious and would have disrupted my ability to provide for my son and his college.
