How this man has managed to keep his licenses I will never know. First of all I met Richard Moore in court while waiting for my court appointed attorney to show up. He told me that he would take my case for the same amount I was planning to pay my court appointed attorney which was $350 that I had with me to give him. He said he would have no problem getting me off my charges and I thought everything was fine until the day before my new court date, he called me and asked me to meet him in his office very early and let him have a little fun with me and he would make sure I was taken care of very well in court. I couldnt believe what I was hearing and the next morning I proceeded straight to court.
Mr. Moore said that he thought he thought I was coming by this morning and I didnt reply because I didnt know what to say. I left court with a 3rd degree felony and 4 years probation, he didnt even ask for deferred ajudication so its on my record for life, even though I have never been in trouble, I don't drink or do drugs and am going to school. my life is ruined because I didnt let this fat man have his way with me.
