Donald Michael Stull is counsel to my 96 year old aunt. He recently counseled with her and prepared several documents addressing her immediate welfare and finances. There is nothing remarkable” that these documents were promptly prepared, at a very reasonable fee.
What is remarkable is the manner in which Attorney Stull dealt with her. He was thorough in determining that these were her wishes, that she was fully qualified to execute the documents and that these would meet her wishes and needs. Were these documents not in her best interest or had they not met her expressed needs and wishes, he would have counseled against them. Mr. Stull is not a “push-button attorney.”
What is remarkable is the care, courtesy and compassion with which he addressed her and their meeting was handled.
My aunt has had unqualified confidence in Mr. Stull’s counsel for many years. We would wholeheartedly, without any reservation, recommend Mr. Stull and his partner (wife) Victoria Gallagher. Their personal backgrounds and professional qualifications are set out in detail at the firm’s website. Take the time to read these.
On their website they write: “To be a counselor, you must first listen, second think and only then can you truly advise what will be the proper avenue for a client ... ” and that “serving their clients is what Gallagher and Stull are all about.” That is the truth. Rely on it.
