We were looking to potentially purchase two businesses, but the other side continually stalled on getting us the information we needed to complete the purchase. We had to cancel the purchase after the deadline for them to give us information had passed, but they refused to refund us the earnest money... we were owed as a result of the sale not going through. We tried to resolve the matter on our own for several months. My only regret is not hiring Mr. Rowe sooner to help with the purchase from the beginning. Not only did he get us our money back without us even having to go to court, but he got us interest on what we were owed, and the other side even paid all attorney fees. We ended up getting back more than we even expected. I couldn't be happier with our experience and I'm happy to work with Mr. Rowe in the future. Next time, I'll hire him sooner.
