McNamara Law Farm is amazing. Never in my wildest dreams did I imagine I would be divorcing my spouse but after learning of his betrayal I had to choose what was best for my Son and I. Brian, RENEE, Brooke and Terri are wonderful communicators, consistent with their work, and gave me the very best representation. They say in Divorce everyone is expected to walk away a little disappointed in the situation. I wont lie I have some disappointments but it would NOT BE IN CHOOSING BRIAN MCNAMARA AND HIS TEAM. Dealing with an ex can be daunting when children are involved. Especially when they try to work and spin any angle they can. Unfortunately my decree has more Grey areas than most, leaving much up to interpretation and disagreement between my ex and I. He is an excellent attorney. My first consultation was in the fall of 2015. He gave me good advice on divorce, suing a moving company, inheritance, and bankruptcy - by referring me to another lawyer who specializes in bankruptcy. I hired him in the fall of 2017 with regards to a divorce. This was after talking to a few other lawyers; I thought he was the best. My divorce has been placed on hold for over two years due to financial reasons, and the possibility of reconciliation. He keeps meticulous financial records. I have only spent a little less than half of his retainer. He has graciously allowed me to keep the rest of my retainer in trust for me if I continue with the divorce or need the money.
