I haven't heard from Mr Steinmann. He was supposed to call. That didn't happen. I was never given an answer or resolution to the two cases I hired him for. Services that have since been paid in full. One suit that was dismissed without prejudice (which I later found out means they can sue me again an...d again): I made him aware and he was supposed to "get to the bottom of it" and "make it right" for me. He's a good talker. I sincerely believed him. That never happened. The other was a default judgement placed against me due to the incompetence of Mr. Steinmann and his staff (this was yet another case where he was going to "make it right"). I waited, hoping for a response that wasn't initiated by my constant calls, complaints and threats but heard nothing. I even emailed his office to let them know that I had no choice but to give them negative reviews. I feel I've been more than patient and fair. I am beyond disappointed and have wasted over two thousand dollars on "help". I would have been better suited to handle it myself. I think I could have done a better job. At least I would have done...something. The "services" harmed me more than the lawsuits and cost me my life savings.
