WHAT DO I DO, WHAT'S THE WORST THAT CAN HAPPEN IF I'M SERVED WHILE SEEING HER?
Nothing. Get served and get to an attorney. Lots of local attorneys have free consults. Go and get one. Avoiding service does nothing but make you look like a bad person and it increases costs. If there is a court date on the papers, don't miss it. Tell the Judge you just got served and need more time. Good luck and God bless.See question
a child I have been paying child support in for 15yrs came and told that her mother told her that I was not her father and that she went and saw her real father. She is now 19yrs old. Can I get my money back from child support?
While it is true that you can not recover child support, you might consult an attorney about a civil suit for fraud against the child's mother. This can become tricky if the mother has nothing to collect against just like collecting any other judgment in Texas can be. Find someone with a free consult and walk through your options with them. Since her 3 other kids were taken away by courts what can I do legally?
I have to agree with both of the other attorneys. Start finding your lawyer now. Get a few free consults and pick one you feel comfortable going to war with. Good luck and God bless.See question

I think all the lawyers agree, you are going to have to break down and hire an attorney to get substituted service done on her. This should be fairly easy and you can go forward pretty quickly. Call around and find someone you can afford or who will take payments. Good luck and God bless.See question

I agree with the first attorney, but I would also tell you to consult a local attorney who does child support. Many will give you a free consult and some will take the case attempting to get paid from the opposing party. Prosecution is still possible as well as a slew of other remedies. They placed my child and myslef at my mother's house. They said it was so that they didn't have to go to court for custody of my child.
Indefinitely. All depends on what you signed, what it is alleged you did, and what you do about it. if you want to get a more definite answer you are going to probably hire a lawyer that does CPS cases in Texas. Many of the attorneys on AVVO will give you a free consult. Get one and get a game plan to get your child back, else you could be sitting around for months with no changes and no direction. Call a local attorney now! They can visit him in jail and can usually get his bond reinstated or reduced, and if not at least gt the case set on a docket to move it forward. There is no reason for him to sit in jail on a case that might (repeat might) ultimately be dismissed against him. There are plenty of attorneys in Conroe with free office consults or 24/7 phone consults, get one. Good luck and God bless.See question

Ok, you need to call an attorney and get a free consult. The attorney should be able to go online and research exactly what is going on, who has the hold, and what if any the charges are. If it is an out of state or out of county hold there is a certain amount of time the other jurisdiction has to come and get him, if they don't the jail must release him. The best thing is to get a free consult with someone and lay it out for them to do a cost benefit analysis for you. Some lawyers will take enforcement cases with smaller up front fees / retainers because if successful attorney fees can be ordered from the contempting party. Good luck and God bless.See question

The simple answer is this - Call a local attorney who has a free initial consultation and get in as soon as possible. There is no way you can do this by yourself. A limited scope attorney could help with drafting the paperwork but some of the documents are complicated and expensive (the QDRO dividing the 410k for example). Check out local attorneys here on AVVO and get started moving forward. Good luck and God Bless.See question
