I had been falsely accused of fraudulently creating a chart on a potentially violent patient without actually seeing the patient. Mr.Yong subpoenaed the video tapes from my shift and disproved the claim as the footage confirmed that I was with the patient. Not only was I not charged with fraud, but a...ll accusations of fraud were removed from my record, including from the filed complaint. Highly recommended
