Scheiner law firm took on our case as a misdemeanor. Our case was upgraded to a felony and they worked hard to get a PTI which allowed us to get the case dismissed once the terms were completed. Unfortunately, two years ago I left happy hour and was driving home and got into a fender bender going 20 mph in rush hour traffic. The officer on scene stated he smelled alcohol on my breath.
