Can be very effective if she gets her friend as the judge

Ms. Alsandor is apparently very close to judge Sandra Peak; if she can get the case heard by Judge Peak, then Judge Peak will look down at her fondly across the bench and then rule however she's asked to rule. You might even catch them sharing a giggle. We were able to get a very favorable outcome....

Exploiter

My ex-wife was represented with this attorney while I paid the bills. With her it is NOT about “what I can do for my client, it is what my client can do for me financially”! Financial exploitation is at best.

Missed Court Dates

You do the work and she sends you the bill. Every minute is bill when she makes the mistake by missing Court dates.

Lazy women

Don’t even want to help you out with nothing she just gonna tell you something over and over and I’m gonna be on the same topic as you just so she can take your $150 away from you

TOO MANY BETTER ATTORNEYS OUT THERE

So disappointed with her. All she would ever do is talk about her bill. She let the other atty run the show. I have never felt so stressed, worried or sad during that time and I thought attys were suppose to relieve all that. She made it worse. She was always talking about money but yet she didn't ev...en send a withholding order to my ex's employer with the correct address. I didn't receive child support for 3 months because of her error. I had to fix it before I received a payment. This was one of worse experience I have ever had in my life and now, my financial life is still recovering due to the so called "work" she didn't do. She probably charged me for calling to ask when are you going to pay your bill. That's all I ever heard out of her mouth. And when I did pay the bill, I wouldn't hear anything or get returned phoned calls until I had ran up the bill again for calling or emailing. I wish I could leave my number so I could inform someone one of what I went through and to find someone else.

I am very sorry to hear about your negative experience and appreciate your feedback. Going through a child custody battle is never easy. I’ve been practicing law for 18 years and each client has been vitally important me, regardless of time or cost. My team and I strive to timely respond to every request and provide the highest quality of service. As for your billing issue, it is the firm's policy to discuss outstanding balances frequently with any client who is 60 days or more delinquent on their account. As for your child support issue, please keep in mind that if a client requests services from the Attorney General's Child Support Division prior to the inception of the custody case, and the Attorney General's Office remains in the custody case, their sole purpose is to insure that child support is properly ordered and garnished from the obligor's wages - this includes submitting the proper child support orders to the court. If their purpose is not properly fulfilled, the Alsandor Law Firm will submit paperwork to make sure that the client's child support is properly garnished from the obligor's wages, but only if the client timely communicates to us that he or she has not received any child support.
