Attorney Thomas Dougherty of Sullo & Sullo represented me yesterday in a traffic citation case. My hope was that the officer wouldn't show up for trial and that the case would be dismissed. I really had no other strategy since I was guilty as charged (guilty as sh*t). Thus, I hired Sullo & Sullo t...o represent me. Sullo assigned the case to attorney Dougherty. When I arrived at the court house, attorney Dougherty told me that the officer was present. I then told attorney Dougherty that I didn't want to waste much time and that I'd agree to take deferred adjudication. His response was "Not so fast. I still might be able to have this case dismissed. Give me a few minutes." I said ok. About 30 minutes later, Dougherty comes back in the courtroom and tells me that he got the case dismissed. Kind of like Robert Shapiro and F. Lee Bailey got O.J. Simpson's murder charges dismissed--but for a whole lot less money. I'd recommend this firm to anyone in need of traffic ticket representation.
