These guys mean business. I have used them over the last 15+ years for traffic tickets, so when I received a citation for my building I got their letter and hired them back. The city inspector wrote 3 citations regarding Cert. of Occupancy, Failure to Post, Failure to Comply for my business, and wa...s on such a rampage that when I set the court date he issued another 3 identical citations to me personally. Sadly, I was the one who informed the city I wanted to use my building for commercial usage and just wanted to do things the right way. Sullo & Sullo came in, went back and forth with the prosecutor and inspector to get three dismissed, and gave me 6 more months to finish my permitting for the other three. They really cared and saved my tail in a high stress situation. 10/10 would recommend.
