AVOID!

Avoid at all costs! These guys do not communicate, they gas light you and drag the process out. They make it seem like its brain surgery to file a suit. I am having to sue this firm just so I can seek legal council a get someone who can actually help me.

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to express my growing frustration and concern regarding the difficulty I have encountered in communicating with you and your office. Despite my numerous attempts to reach out, it has consistently been challenging to get someone to answer the phone or ...return my calls in a timely manner. This lack of responsiveness is becoming increasingly problematic and is affecting my confidence in the handling of my case. When I initially retained your services, I was assured of regular communication and prompt responses to any inquiries I might have. However, my recent experiences have been quite the opposite. There have been multiple instances where I have left messages, only to receive no return call for days, sometimes weeks. This level of inaccessibility is unacceptable, particularly considering the importance and urgency of the matters at hand. I understand that you have a busy schedule and numerous clients to attend to, but as a paying client, I expect a reasonable degree of attention and responsiveness. Effective communication is critical in maintaining a good client-attorney relationship, and it is also essential for the successful resolution of my legal issues. The current situation, where I am left in the dark about the status of my case and unable to get timely answers to my questions, is untenable. I am requesting that you and your office make a concerted effort to improve your communication practices. Specifically, I would like to see the following changes implemented: 1. **Timely Responses:** Return my calls within 24 hours or provide an alternative point of contact if you are unavailable. 2. **Regular Updates:** Provide regular updates on the progress of my case, even if there is no significant development. 3. **Accessibility:** Ensure that there is someone available during business hours who can address my concerns or at least acknowledge my inquiries and provide a timeline for a more detailed response. If these issues cannot be addressed promptly, I will have no choice but to consider alternative legal representation. Scary

I can’t even get to the point of talking where we even talked about my case because he was so perverted and so inappropriate in the interview process. Oh my gosh the man is so creepy. It almost makes me feel uncomfortable even writing this comment because I’ve never complained about anyone ever, not... even on google. Any lady I would say who is going to interview with this man, have another person in the room with you. Leave the door open or do something else but you have to have someone else in the room with you. Do not be alone with this man in a room. Don’t put yourself in a position I did, protect yourself and have someone else with you. I guess I’ve learned even professionals act, really different and really creepy when they’re alone with an individual. I cannot erase what happened to me, but hopefully I can help it to someone else what happened to me?

I was in such a jam when an accidental fire burned my grain store that was in my business for years. Althiugh I had coverage, they tried, as my nephew would say "work me". Anyway my generation calls it "screw me". I was distraught. Sad started drinking after 10 yrs through God and AA quit that. Then ...a friend (a trusted friend), referred me to Mr Dick. I figure why not? Without dragging this review out-Mr Dick went up hard nosed against the insurance company and got me every dime i was entitled plus piece of mind. EXCEPTIONAL LAW FIRM

I retained the Eric Dick Law Firm to Modify the existing Parent-Child Relationship. My situation was complicated as I live out of state and involved obtaining custody of my disabled adult Son and required rectifying a existing arrearage judgment (against me). I have had ongoing legal issues since ...my divorce (2001) involving custody and child support.
