Absolutely unprofessional

Riddled with massive problems, conflict of interest, problems with settlement payouts, breach of confidentiality. I wish I had never heard of him.The 10 Avvo rating must have been granted in years past. When was his last 5 star?

40 cents on the dollar and dropped

Hired Eric to sue State Farm for damaged roof. Got $6800 for $14k in damage. When I got dropped , they mentioned something about bandwidth.

Knows his stuff

Really love this guy. Dick is a kind hearted. He fights for you. Helped me with my problems. Works hard. Took them to court and they paid.

I WAS SO IMPRESSED WITH ERIC DICK. HE TOOK MY CASE AND WE WON!

Travelers insurance took my money for twenty something years. You know they would have canceled my policy if I paid them late for any reason. We had bad storms in Houston. These storms really did a number on my roof. I made a claim with Travelers insurance. They came and looked and my roof and sai...d that the damage was old! I was like OMG. If it is old damage I had insurance with you. You should pay for it because it got damaged when I had insurance with you. You collected my premiums and don't want to pay anything. I hired Eric Dick and he sued Travelers. They fought and fought and fought and fought. They finally pay my claim and his attorney fees. Thank you so much!!!!
