Worst experience I ever had with a lawyer. He doesn't listen and doesn't care about his client. Eric Dick doesn't know what he is doing. He is sloppy and unorganized. He can't perform under pressure and will cave in to the other side during trial. This guy is not a litigation lawyer. All the p...ositive reviews are for settlements and not litigations. Just like another reviewer here has mentioned, Eric wasn't prepared for trial or mediation. Eric Dick maybe a good divorce attorney but other than that he is weak in presenting a case and has a tendency to talk to himself when nervous.

Eric was the 2nd attorney I hired for my divorce w/ children case. Main topic of discussion were: Custody & Support He's not a bulldozer, but he's straightforward and gives resonable outcome advice. He uses easy to understand lingo, and will explain something if you don't understand it. He's willi...ng to do more if you DO NOT want to settle, but it'll cost more time on the clock. He has good manners in court, and refrains from "attacking" or "speaking agressively" towards the other party/counsel as some lawyers do to seem intimidating -- he let's the evidence prove the point, which is what really matters anyway. Reasonably priced, and communicated fairley well (mostly e-mail, which was convenient for me). Overall Good Lawyer, with reasonable & up-to-date amount of knowledge for my complex case. He was able to get me about 75% of what I wanted *initially*, in all areas of divorce, custody and support.
