Mr. Dick sounds confident when you first speak to him, but rarely returns e-mail and did not spend any time preparing me for my family court trial, even though I asked for him to. His questioning techniques for petitioner and respondent were scattered and random and did nothing to make a point for ei...ther side. All in all it was obvious he did not spend time reading the evidence I gave him a month in advance of our trial as he totally skipped over the biggest points that would win my case and instead focused on matters that did not need to be argued in court.
