I had a case brought against me that was very hard for me to accept. It had to deal with not only Termination of Child Support but Parental Rights as well. Although my Child is almost an Adult it was still very painful and frustrating at the same time. Since I work Overseas the majority of the time it is difficult for me to always be available for any type of legal matters.
I was able to meet with Mac in the evening while in town as he stayed late so that we could speak and get a sense of my case. He was very understanding and explained this case which was more complex than I will disclose in such a way that I understood all the variable ways it could be handled as well as the possibilities of success or failure in those avenues.
Mac did a Fantastic job taking care of a matter of issues and ensured that I was consulted with all the way and gave regular updates via the Email/Messaging Service. Mac was also available to take my calls when needed and at times that were convent for me as I was working aboard,
5 Star Service
Highly Recommended especially Fathers Mac is fair and informative with a Vast knowledge of the system.
Thanks Again Mac for the guidance, support and Resolution.

Mac worked on my child visitation/access case for about 9 months. The case was drug out due to there being an out of state order already being in place that needed to be moved to Texas. Mac was very patient in completing this task. He worked hard to move the case forward for me and was very fair on his pricing. Mac's knowledge of family law is very in depth as he has a background in the AG's office. There was never a lack in communication. I always knew exactly where we stood in the case and whatever legal implications there were to decisions that were made. Mac was very professional and got my case wrapped up granting me the visitation rights that I was fighting for. Overall, I was very satisfied with the experience and would highly recommend him.

I left child support court highly disappointed as usual, my ex had a court appointed attorney and I didn't have anyone advocating for my son and I. Very frustrating. Mac a year earlier had given me advice so I came back onto AVVO and contacted his office. By that same afternoon we met! First impression exceeded expectations, staff is so efficient and friendly and Mac had all my info ready to review. I was pleasantly surprised, I have had other attorneys due to my divorce and custody issues but I have to say none not even some recognized as the best in town were as prepared as Mac. He was thorough, and honest, upfront as to every possible outcome. Just a few short days later we were in court. He understood me, my concerns and what we I looking to accomplish. I couldn't be happier with the end result and I know for a fact without representation this couldn't have been accomplished. He exceeded all hopes and expectations of what I thought could be done. Money well spent to secure our family's best interest and welfare. Thank you Mac and team!
