I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Nga N. Le (Natalie) and her staff at Le Law Group. This was a very difficult time in my life and Natalie was very professional and easy to speak to. Our first meeting was so nice. I was filing for a divorce and my parents accompanied me. She greeted my parents and spoke to them with such respect. Natalie could discern that I needed my parents and she was very understanding of the situation. She answered all our questions with such professionalism and honesty. Natalie gave her advice but knew that it would be up to me to proceed. I felt so confident that she would be the right lawyer for me that I went forward with the divorce. A True Advocate
I never foresaw that I would need to secure the services of an attorney.. This process is made complicated by having to chose from so many licensed attornies.. After consulting with Attorney Le I was confident in her ability to meet my advocacy needs by her concern for keeping costs low and her commitment to expedite the process by being highly responsive in a timely manner. It has been said that there are no indivudual winners in a divorce.. The caveat to that statement is if your advocate is Attorney Le you will feel like you are in a winning team.

Great Divorce Attorney
Very professional and put forth a lot of effort and time into my divorce case. The communication was awesome, replied to texts and calls in a timely manner. Natalie understood what I wanted and made it happened. Everything was explained throughly and all questions were answered before moving forward. She was not rude nor ever tried to rush things. When there was miscommunication with the other attorney with the paper work she resolved it quickly. From the consultation to the closure of my divorce everything went smoothly. I can't rave about Le Law Group enough
I can't rave about Le Law enough to my friends, family, and colleagues. Natalie Le provides a very personal attention to my case and is quick to respond to any questions that I might have. And I love the fact that I can communicate with her personally, instead of going in circles with some automation phone bot, or get told to reserve a 10min phone appointment ahead of time by any secretary. This law firm is very approachable and very down to earth, with down to earth fees. I HIGHLY recommend them.

Avoid using this attorney at all costs
Ms. Le put on a great act during our initial call several years ago when trying to get me on board to handle my divorce. Once I paid, I basically never heard from her again. I was initially shuttled to a more junior attorney with her firm. I have always felt that the divorce they secured for me was not in my best interests, with many clauses etc. in the decree that were never properly explained or worked through, which I have only discovered years later were in the better interest of my ex. Most importantly, this firm disappears when I have follow-up questions as things come up after the divorce. They now ignore all attempts I make to communicate with them, and will not answer even simple questions such as "how can I remove the spousal support after my former spouse re-marries"? This is unprofessional and certainly no way to treat a paying customer! I am doing everything I can as a consumer to help others learn from my mistake and never use this attorney.

Scott, you came to me with a heavily contested Divorce matter back in 2016. We finalized your divorce case in October of 2016. We then sent you a closing letter. Shortly after your divorce finalized, you called and emailed our office with more follow-up questions regarding specific issues. My associate attorney answered your questions and I also answered the same questions you asked my associate because your follow-up questions to me were the same questions only phrase in a different way, but the outcome as I told you is the same. I gave you the pro and cons and you moved on. I DID NOT CHARGE YOU ANY MONEY FOR ALL OF THOSE TIMES. Then around 2018, you emailed me wanted to do a Termination, I replied to your emailed to schedule for another free consultation. I spent 30 minutes on the phone with you explaining the pro and cons. Subsequently, you chose to hire our service for the Termination knowing the potential outcomes. We were always responsive via email, MyCase messages, or phone conference. Shortly after, you messaged me wanting to cancel the whole thing. I promptly replied with our CLOSING LETTER to close out your second matter of your case and my billing department reached out to you to refund the rest of your money in your retainer. Again, you emailed and called our office with more follow-up questions on the same issues that we had already discussed and that I already answered, still my associate sent you a follow-up email answering your questions. You were not satisfied with that answers so you asked the same issue but phrase your questions slightly different hoping we would give you a different answer. Again, I emailed you back to follow-up on those same questions with the same answers my associate and I have been giving you since the beginning. WE DID NOT BILL YOU OR CHARGE FOR THOSE TIME AS A COURTESY. You were not satisfied with my answers and assessment, so you again phrase your same issue with the same type of questions in a different way. I cannot help you any further as my answers and my assessment will always be the same regardless of how you phrase your questions so I chose to dis-engagement the conversation given that I have gave you at least 5 free strategy sessions via email and/or via phone conference for free. It is unfortunate and I am disappointed that you felt we did not do enough for you and did not answer your follow-up questions.

Irresponsible Unethical Practice
I hired Natalie for my divorce case. She gave me a maximum estimate of cost for worst case scenario. She was on my case for more than a year and the case made almost no progress while she was billing me every month for every minute of the time she talked to me on the phone or any other time she claimed they worked on my case. Long story short, I fired her after a year. She does not have the experience or the competence necessary for representing a client in a contested divorce case. She was good at charging me left and right though!

If this was not an anonymous post I would be inclined to contact this client to discuss why he/she would post such fake messages about my associate without a shred of evidence to back it up. We take a lot of pride in doing a good job for our clients and most often time we do give discounts on client’s invoices for trial preparation and hearing preparation. We go above and beyond to protect our clients’ interests and we always aggressively represent our clients to the best of our ability. Because it is an anonymous post, I suspect this might be an opposing party that was not happy with the outcome of the litigation. It is unfortunate when people use fake name on a public website to put false information about LE LAW GROUP, PLLC, especially when there is no recourse for his/her actions.
