Dilligent and helpful

Dale has helped us with our IP matters for many years. He is very easy to work with and explains all our options. He makes the TM and patent application process easier to navigate.

My IP Attorney

I have been actively engaged with Dale Quisenberry, IP attorney, for a year or more now and we have much work yet to be done. All of our work to this point has been focused specifically on trademarks associated with a book I'm writing and the associated names I want to 'own' for the purpose of consul...ting, building a service business and licensing these TM's to other authors and users. Dale has been conscientious and thoughtful throughout the process becoming not a 'hired hand' but a partner in this project. I highly recommend, at minimum, that you discuss your intellectual property needs with Dale Quisenberry, Esq. if you don't just hire him outright.

Trade Mark filing

Dale Quisenberry was excellent in filing all of my tradmark applications. He was very efficient and answered any questions in a timely manner. Definitely would recommend him.

Superior Litigation Attorney

I retained Mr. Quisenberry to assist with a complex patent litigation campaign to assert a set of patents against a substantial number of large fortune 500 companies for their ongoing infringement. Mr. Quisenberry has the ability to focus on the critical issues for each of the various patent infring...ement lawsuits that were filed to achieve successful outcomes. Mr. Quisenberry's has strong legal analysis and ability to communicate such positions to the Court and opposing counsel in a straightforward manner. In addition, Mr. Quisenberry is efficient in his legal representation. I would recommend Mr. Quisenberry as litigation counsel for patent infringement matters.
