Very responsive and an expert in the patent field

I Went to Dale with an idea I had for patenting a product/invention and during the first consultation he walked me through what to expect during the whole process. He was very responsive and communicative, which made things go very smoothly. I have used his services for the whole process : Initial ...patent search, patent application, patent filing, and all additional info post filing. It has been a pleasure working with him. I would refer Dale to anyone in the patent arena.

Patent filings

I have worked with Dale now on two patent filings. Dale is very thorough, pays attention to detail, and actually works hard to understand the product he is patenting. I would highly recommend Dale.

I called dale from a Google quest along wit a few others, after 5pm. I didn't leave a message , being so involved in the mess of things, and as I was driving home , talking with my friend feeling exhausted of a great great Lawyer hunt, he called! It was more than surreal and heart warming because wh...at lawyers call back a number that didn't leave a message. A LAWYER WHO CARES!!! DALE, THAT'S WHO! He's very in tune, very on top of it AND even tho I am not "yet" a big WHALE$$- -Dale treated me as if i spent a Million dollars for his service. Trademark rescuer

After attempting to DYI my own Trademark name and logo the back and forth hassle of not knowing exactly what to do and how to do quickly got old.
