Ms. Wester is an inexperienced lawyer in motor vehicle accident cases. She has a plethora of Instagram post displaying knowledge of criminal laws. I was in treatment for a motor vehicle accident dating back to November of 2019. Ms. Wester told me the other parties insurance company would only pay... a certain amount of funds towards my settlement and that my insurance company wouldn’t pay the excess amount of medical bills in regards to my case, which was absolutely FALSE. She was adamant that only one insurance company would settle my claim. She had no desire to meet with me for an initial consultation at her office when she first accepted my case. Typically this is an ethical practice when an attorney hasn’t had the privilege of meeting a new client face to face, to make sure the attorney is legitimate. She also didn’t offer me a zoom conference in lieu of a meeting. She rescheduled the first meeting once I had already arrived at her office and she was not present. The physicians she referred me to were very detrimental to my health!! Once I brought my dissatisfaction to her attention she became very condescending and rude and thought it would be a humorous gesture to finally meet with me at her office only to refuse me further representation, because she did not have the knowledge on how to settle my case effectively. I hired a new attorney who was able to achieve everything Ms.Wester failed to do. My new attorney settled my case with BOTH insurance companies. It would NOT be in your best interest to retain Ms. Wester for a motor vehicle accident case.

Going into court is a hard situation for anybody especially not knowing the outcome. Retaining Jamika Wester as my attorney was the best decision of my young adult life.
