Very good at what they do.

My ex sued me and I was going to school full-time with a very tight budget and Bryan Fagan worked with me. Their office and staff has been good and has been helpful at a time when I needed support and people who believed me and were on my side. They made sure that I never had to see my ex so I didn't... have to be afraid. They helped me to get what was fair and what I could under the circumstances. I appreciate all that they did for me and my children. I still keep in contact in case I need them again. :)

Web of Mess Divorce

Bryan and his colleagues (especially Evan Hochschild) did a fantastic job of busting my messy contentious web of mess divorce case wide open. I had been sitting stagnant for over 2 years when I hired them so they had one heck of a mess to work through. To complicate things, there was a web of fraud, ...embezzlement, and deception coming from the other side that had seemed to be effective previously with my former representation or lack thereof. They stuck with it and have managed to bring the other side to the table to settle up or get out of the kitchen irregardless of all the kicking and screaming and endless web of lies and delays and I'd definitely recommend them for anybody who wants top echelon service. Most of the other attorneys, it seems, would try to drag a legal proceeding out as long as possible to profit off the ongoing war and animosity but not Bryan and his team. They try to get you in just as soon as they can, don't play the ripoff games to soak you for more money, and nip it in the bud. They've got a job to do and they're not interested in dragging it out endlessly to profit off of your misfortune. As such, if you're looking for good old fashioned ethics and a team of attorneys to go to bat for you and do it right the first time, I'd definitely recommend the Law Office of Bryan Fagan.

Read Reviews before hiring

Title: Overbilled and Mismanaged Probate Case I hired the Law Office of Bryan Fagan for a simple, uncontested probate. I was originally quoted approximately $4,500. However, I was later billed over $6,500, and the firm acknowledged internally that $875 should have been credited back to me due to e...rrors made on their side. That credit was never applied. The paralegal assigned to my case left the firm, and I was not notified. During this time, my case did not move forward and important documents were not filed. When I raised concerns, communication became inconsistent, and I later discovered I was being billed for internal “strategy meetings” that were only needed due to the firm’s own mistakes. I eventually had to terminate the representation and seek new counsel to complete the probate. I have requested that the firm honor the credit they documented but have not received it. I am currently pursuing resolution through the State Bar and CAAP. My experience was stressful and expensive. I recommend asking very detailed questions about billing practices and follow-up procedures before hiring this firm for probate work.

Fraudulent practices

Hired this firm for an uncontested divorce, they had poor communication, fraudulent billing practices, passed me around to two different firms and 4 different lawyers never completed my divorce but charged me $6000 and before I fired them they gave my personal and medical private information to anoth...er client and broke client attorney privilege and my personal privacy refused to refund me stole my money refused to acknowledge or fix the damage done. Had to pay more and hire another lawyer. If you look at all their firms reviews and BBB you can see it’s a pattern of fraudulent practices where they pass you from lawyer to lawyer and charge. They know exactly what they are doing stealing your money and will not acknowledge. DO NOT HIRE
