An effective lawyer
I am from out of State and I have succesfully used Mr Tabak for a collection case. I found him to be quite effective in representing our interests and kept us well appraised. I used AVVO in reviewing and selecting a lawyer for this action.

Efficient and Determined
After consulting with various attorneys, I was unsure how to proceed on collecting a judgment owed by an estate. Adam was eager and willing to take my case, and had a levelheaded plan of action in our first conversation. His client/ attorney contract and communication during the process was clear and straight forward. Within months after hiring him, I received the full judgement amount, plus the accumulated interest. Adam is now providing assistance with another legal case. I highly recommend him, especially for legal services involving breach of contract and/or debt collection.

Adam was a very professional attorney for our board for years. He handled all of our legal matters and completed one lawsuit for the board. He attended and made sure all of our meetings ran according to the law. I would hire him for a personal attorney if needed.

Consultation and Guidance in Supporting our Districts Growth
I really appreciated Adam’s professionalism and expertise in helping to guide our District through a period of rapid growth and evolution of services. Working with Adam our District evolved from contracting with independent service providers to being a direct service provider for both fire protection and emergency medical services.

I recommend Attorney Adam Tabak for Debt Collections
July 9, 2009 Attorney Adam Tabak is a highly esteemed professional who knows the law. He recently represented me in a credit report matter. In this day and age, everyone knows the importance of maintaining and keeping a healthy credit score. Credit scores can effect whether or not you obtain employment . A credit score can also determine the interest rate that lender(s) consider you a high or low risk factor for the rate that you receive on a car, mortgage or personal loan. Before retaining Attorney Tabak, we had a face to face consultation. He was patient , diligent and very methodical in explicating the procedures that he would follow to resolve my situation. Within 90 days, he had my credit restored back to over a 700 plus. The erroneous trade-lines had been deleted because of his thoroughness in the Texas State Law. That’s what it takes to fight collection agencies and original creditors! An attorney that doesn’t mind holding companies accountable for trying to intimidate hard working people, such as myself! I would recommend Adam Tabak to anyone whom is serious and ready to see immediate results in any situation.I have referred Attorney Tabak to friends whom are currently being denied children court ordered visitation and etc. Adam Tabak expertise in the field of law is undeniably an art of brilliance. I would recommend him to anyone who wants a proficient, dedicated and consistent man of the law. I would not be surprised if he is appointed Judge, very soon. A very satisfied Fixed Asset Accountant & Client, Tabatha C. Perkins

Relationship: Opposing Counsel on matter
"Adam was opposing counsel on a breach of contract case involving a botched wedding reception. I had already successfully gotten summary judgment against the Defendant due to a wholly ineffective counsel who was representing before Adam. Adam came in and successfully protected his client rights. A settlement was reached, but a lot less than I would have gotten from the previous attorney. We've developed a great friendship through this case and I refer Adam ANY civil matter. He's a bulldog."
