I was referred to Gardner by another friend lawyer and therefore felt that he would be a good lawyer that I could trust to handle my case. During my consultation he really sold himself and made me feel reassured that he would help me, walk me through the divorce process, and be able to handle my case. Well, pretty much right after hiring him, it went downhill. He pretty much confirmed the image we all have of lawyers - conniving thieves. He would never return my phone calls, emails, or texts. He does not keep you updated or informed about anything that is going on or concerning about your own case. If you have a questions and ask him, good luck getting an answer from him. He will tell you he will do something but never follows through. It really saddens me because as someone who has dealt with this himself, I would have expected him to at least be more professional and understanding. Please do not make the same mistake as I did and hire him. I really regret hiring him and wish I would have hired someone else.

Gardner has done what I thought was impossible- enforcing my divorce decree. My ex-husband is a lawyer and even though he agreed to the divorce decree, after it was final he told me he wouldn't pay child support and would bring my son home when he felt like it. He said if I didn't like it then to take him to court.
After four years, of trying to be understanding and work things out, I reluctantly turned back to the courts to intervene. Gardner was recommended by a trusted friend. He understood the situation and the personality of my ex-husband immediately, which was incredibly helpful. He was focused and never gave up through all the legal antics. Much quicker than I ever imagined possible, he stopped my ex-husband from changing the schedule and he also actually got him to start paying child support! I am still just amazed.
I've learned firsthand that Gardner is confident in taking on the difficult situations in family law, because he has the tenacity, skill and experience to fix them. He cares about his clients and will be your champion through difficult situations. He has my highest recommendation.

Gardner has always done fantastic work for me. I first hired him for a pre-nup. His did an excellent job. He made the process easy for us both, and at the same time his work was very thorough. He suggested various extra steps for us to take to make sure our objectives were achieved -- this is something I appreciate when hiring a professional, someone who goes the extra mile, bringing additional value to the process. I never intended to use the pre-nup, of course. I married for what I thought was life. Sadly though, that day came. He was just as excellent throughout the divorce process. His work here was equally as thorough, and he also was very compassionate during that trying time. I would highly recommend Gardner for your family law needs!
