Outstanding legal representation

I hired Laura Dale to represent my family in a high conflict custody suit. She was extremely professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. She responded in a very timely fashion to all of my inquiries and helped us through some emotionally difficult times. I was so impressed by her dedication to our ...family. I have worked with other attorneys in the past, but it was not until I worked with her that I realized what quality representation actually meant. Her team follows all the rules, never misses a detail, and Ms. Dale has a commanding presence in the courtroom. I also felt that her fee structure was very fair in comparison with other experts in the field. We are so lucky to have found her and would recommend her to anyone.

International Law

Ms. Dale was exceptionally helpful in counseling us in the international aspects of our divorce case. Her expertise covered family law in France, property issues, as well as a prenuptial agreement. Her knowledge in these areas provided us with the base to successfully mediate our divorce and we (as w...ell as our attorneys) are very pleased with the result. She was very efficient given a short deadline and made herself available to us long distance via telephone and email. Her connections to professionals in France provided services and additional answers that we would not have had access to otherwise. I recommend her highly.

Divorce

Ms. Dale came highly recommended. She is compassionate and delightful to work with. We came up against very aggressive, well prepared legal opposition and she did all that was within her capacity to represent me. I was presented with unexpected legal charges following mediation.

I regret ever hiring this law firm

I hired, Laura, Dale, and associates, and I regret it. They totally discarded everything I wished for. Jim was rude, crude in despicable. I was betrayed. And I totally don’t recommend this law firm. They made me lose my boys after they have been abused. By the father. And they didn’t care about what ...was right. They overcharged me. Miss treated me. And then they have the nerve to try to sue me for more money after I gave them $20,000 cash. And just for a nasty ugly outcome if you know what’s best for you, you will look past this attorney firm and you will go with a better attorney who would do what’s right for you and your family.

Sloppy and dishonest

Ms. Dale is terribly dishonest and just plain rude. She is so dishonest, in fact, that I won $1050 in sanctions against her in court---and I was representing myself at that point! A judge actually INVITED me to file for sanctions against her after she committed aggravated perjury in the courtroom. I...t's pretty surprising that I won considering that she showed up with two other attorneys and a paralegal to the hearing in which i was awarded those sanctions. But that's the thing: her behavior was so egregious that a pro se litigant was able to get her sanctioned. She and her team are also just so sloppy. I can't tell you how many times they sent the wrong document, made a mistake and then tried to cover it up by blaming me.
