I can't afford to pay it back I took it out 7 years ago and they are still telling me that they are charging me with fraud can they do that? I'm getting a call from the "state of Texas fraud department"
This is a scam. You probably are not in danger of going to jail for this debt. Unfortunately, there is probably nothing you can about the calls and the threats. There are 2 kinds of internet collectors: 1) the ones you can find and 2) the ones you can't. Most of the scary collectors are in the second group. It's virtually impossible to get them to stop and you can't sue because you can't physically find them. Demand information about the debt. They will not give it. Do not provide any of your banking information. Finally, beg them to sue you immediately because, if they do, you can sue them for the collection violations.
My employer sent an email to our IT department that he will be terminating me the next morning and to cut off all access to my computer that evening. He accidentally copied me on the email and when he realized he did this, he had the IT department...
Texas is an employment at will state meaning employer or employee can end the work relationship at any time for any reason or no reason as long as there is no legally prohibited discrimination based on age, sex, race, et cetera. Did you tell TWC that you were not given a reason for the termination? If this goes to a hearing you need to request testimony from the GM.
As for suing your immediate supervisor, you would have to show actual damages resulting from the lie. If you get your benefits, you will have no damages. The Bexar County District Attorney would have to decide to prosecute such a lie and that is unlikely.See question

Employers do not have to treat all employees in the same manner as long as there is no legally prohibited discrimination based on age, sex, race, et cetera. No law guarantees a pleasant working environment. The presence of the other supervisors may have been to have witnesses for formal discipline actions in the future.See question

My wife seems to be being punished for asking for days off her employer will tell her she can have it off and then schedule her for 10 and 12 days off work in a row before she gets the day she requested off.
Assuming there is no labor contract, as long as she is being paid her regular hourly wage and time-and-a-half for every hour over 40 hours in a seven day period, her employer can schedule her as much as necessary to suit the needs of the business. Your wife can work as scheduled or quit.See question

In my personal opinion, these debt settlement services do not give full disclosure of the debt collection process. They don't tell you that the creditors will not negotiate until you are in default at least 6 months, that you will accumulate late fees and over limit fees at the highest interest in their state (up to 34%), that the phone calls will be fierce and frequent, that some collection methods are available in some states but not in others, and that you will probably be sued if a settlement can't be reached. Plus, you never really know what negotiation efforts have been or will be made for you.
