I had never hired a lawyer before and wasn't sure what steps I needed to take. I called the office of Michael Busby and spoke with Julie, the paralegal, who helped me tremendously. Mr. Busby was very professional but explained everything to me in layman's terms since I was inexperienced with this sor...t of situation. I was going through a messy divorce which included me trying to get custody of my son. I hired Mr. Busby in July of 2015 for my divorce. He was my third lawyer for this divorce case and I already went through mediation with another counselor; my ex-wife’s attorney were playing games. Only when I hired Mike, I begin to fill comfortable in such uneasy times for me, he listened to my conc...erns and gave the best advice. Unfortunately another party drag this case which was mostly around property rights to the court. I was in a relationship with a possessive man for about 7 years. He was very conservative and old fashioned. We started dating in our early twenties. Parenting 4. Physical relationship (sex) and 5. Chores and Duties, fortunately I had no children with my ex. The divorce took over 1 year, as a result of the games my ex played in the courts. In the end, it was bitter sweet, winning some hearings and loosing others. Mike knows the system, and is not a miracle man, but he is prepared and ready to present your case, in the best light.
