Just before I began law school my business failed due to outside circumstances. The financial mess this put me in, along with some other business issues, caused the BLE to issue a PDL. Acting quickly to assure the BLE they had everything they needed, I hired Bob and Jeff. I am so glad I did. I...t sometimes took longer than I would have liked for calls or emails to the firm to be returned. Likewise for everything to be together and submitted to the Board (not the firm's fault), and for the Board to make a decision (just over three months start to finish). However, I received notice today that the Board has WITHDRAWN its PDL and has approved me for licensure. I would not have attempted to represent myself in such an important matter. After three years of law school, you need to place your trust (and, yes, your money) in the hands of a professional. After all, this is what you will ask your future clients to do for you.
