BOLE Informal settlement hearing Success !

I was represented by Mr.Bennet in an Informal settlement conference . Mr. Bennett has handled four of these conferences and his clients have been successful in each of them. No attorney in the State of Texas has the experience and win record that the Bennett Law Firm has. Mr. Bennett is a former Ass...istant United States from the Western District of Texas, former President of the University of Houston Law Center Alumni Association, and former Legislative Assistant to Congressman Patrick T. Caffery (D. La.). His legal and political experience along with his knowledge of the BOLE and Attorney Directors results in excellent service for clients with licensing issues and specific matters before the BOLE. I can best sum up my relationship with Mr. Bennett by stating that I would not be an attorney today if it had not been for Mr. Bennett. There is not an attorney in Texas who has had as many favorable outcomes as Mr. Bennett. You are making a mistake if you do not hire Robert S. Bennett for your BOLE or licensing problem. My case was a difficult one and one I know another lawyer wouldn’t have won but luckily I chose Mr.Bennet and he made the miracle Happen . Worth every penny because he goes above and beyond for his clients.

We have now handled five of these Informal Settlement Conference hearings and no client has been denied a license. Four clients were licenses and one will have a hearing in Austin. Be sure your attorney has experience handling a ISC hearing.

Expert Representation for Informal Settlement Conference with Board of Law Examiners

Mr. Bennett’s years of expert representation for those seeking licensure as an attorney in Texas helped me overcome a preliminary determination by the Board that I lacked the character and fitness to practice. His firm is one of the first in Texas to successfully represent clients in Informal Settle...ment Conferences with the Board of Law Examiners, and his dedication and work on my issue has resulted in my complete clearance with the Board. At this point, once I pass the bar exam I will be licensed to practice law, whereas before I was looking at a challenging battle and the possibility of complete denial or a probationary license. Bob’s work and insight into the process gave me better results than I expected! I have no hesitation in recommending Mr. Bennet as an advocate for any person facing any licensing or credentialing matter in Texas.

I believe we are the only Firm in Texas who has handled successfully two Informal Settlement Conferences that are now done on Zoom. We have two more scheduled for June 25th. Will let you know if we continue to bat 1,000.

Knowledgeable about USMLE Irregular Behavior Process

I am an aspiring Resident Physician and during the process of applying to residency I found myself in a USMLE Irregular Behavior investigation. I needed a lawyer with extensive knowledge regarding this process and Bob did an amazing job. I was comfortable with the way he handled my case and the outco...me. He and his staff were always available no matter the time. I strongly recommend Bob for challenging cases like mine.

this case was one of the first under the new Informal Settlement Conference hearing procedure. First done on April 24th with the client receiving the Bar license. If you are not familiar with the ISC procedure, you are missing an opportunity to get licensed. Be sure your attorney understands the process and please do not do it on your own.

Medical School Graduates, Students, USMLE/ECFMG

I am a physician and I have found myself the subject of an USMLE/ECFMG investigation I needed a respected attorney with an extensive Medical Board, USMLE/ECFMG experience and a comprehensive licensing law knowledge. The issues in my case were USMLE/ECFMG record and the unique and specific circumst...ances surrounding my medical school history. His knowledge was up to date regarding the disciplinary process and defenses. I was fully comfortable with his understanding and ability to advocate my case. His knowledge of the USMLE/ECFMG is second to none. He treated me like a family member and my case with the utmost respect, compassion and passion. I felt from the beginning to the end of my case that it was not less a priority to him than it was to me. He was rooting for me, and for my success (he still is now!). Vive la Mr. Bennett I absolutely give him the highest recommendation.
