this case was one of the first under the new Informal Settlement Conference hearing procedure. First done on April 24th with the client receiving the Bar license. If you are not familiar with the ISC procedure, you are missing an opportunity to get licensed. Be sure your attorney understands the process and please do not do it on your own.
