We will always welcome the opportunity to communicate (either by phone call or email) with law students who are applying to law school, completing their intent to practice law, or doing their application to the Texas Board of Law Examiners and have questions. Unfortunately, most law students wait until they get their Preliminary Determination Letter from the Board of Law Examiners stating that they lack good moral character or fitness to practice law. It makes defending the situation harder and requires more time at the eventual Panel Hearing. An ounce of prevention, is truly worth a pound of cure. Try to plan ahead.

Professional Responsibility resolved successfully
Bob helped me on some state bar legal issues and the case was resolved without a hearing or going to court. I was pleased with his professionalism and his staff was courteous and helpful.

He handled a dispute with a terminated employee on our firm's behalf. He was knowledgeable and fully informed me of the probable outcome and he was right. We had a completely favorable outcome.

He never let me down
I had an attorney that was supposed to be helping me fight a case. Unfortunatley, I was in jail for 4 months waiting for my court date to arrive. I then had that attorney give me a letter of release so that I could find someone else to represent me because I didn't feel like that attorney had my bes...
