Bob Bennett

There are no words to express how elated I felt when I received my Texas medical license after one and a half years. This was also my third application. I could never finish because of the tremendous amount of paperwork they required from me. When I knew I had to go before the licensure committee I ...didn't want to go alone as I didn't know anything about Texas law except for the jurisprudence exam they made us take. From the first moment I met Bob he made me feel relaxed. He and his team prepped me with with the questions they thought they would ask me. I met with him three times prior to meeting the committee and he was professional and caring every time. When I went in front of the committee I was confident and was able to answer their questions with ease-no surprises. If you want you get a license in Texas consult with Bob. He will get the job done. I am very fortunate to have come across a professional like him.

Call Bob If Your Professional License Is Being Questioned!

Once I got over the shock of having a grievance filed against me for the first time I knew I needed a lawyer to assist me. I asked several of my colleagues for a recommendation who referred me to Bob. I am very pleased that I did. Mr. Bennett and his staff kept me updated throughout the process that ...led to the grievance filed against being dismissed. My mind was put at ease after our initial meeting. I was able to concentrate on my career as opposed to the grievance by hiring someone that specializes in this area of the law. Do not hesitate to contact him if you value your professional reputation.

Great attorney, great staff

Mr. Bennett and his staff were understanding and took the time to teach me what I needed to know about licensing issues. The staff has been incredible to work with and they all care about the clients a great deal. Mr. Bennett has the experience and the knowledge to give you the best chance to obtain ...a full license. He knows how to navigate the administrative hearings before various Boards and he personally knows most of the members. The staff is very responsive and helpful at easing any concerns about the process you may have – from the day you get a letter from a licensing agency such as the Board of Law Examiners to well after your hearing.

TX BLE representation - favorable result

I hired Bob's firm for TX BLE (Board of Law Examiners) representation and I got a favorable result. The firm was knowledgeable about the issues, was particularly quick to respond to me via email, knew how to navigate the process, and kept me informed on the status. I would highly recommend Bob's firm... for BLE representation.

It does not happen with every case, but from time to time, we have been able to get an Applicant's Preliminary Determination Letter recalled. The result has been that the Applicant does not have to attend a Character/Fitness Hearing before a three attorney panel of the Texas Board of Law Examiners. With substance abuse issues, it is possible to show that the useage has completely ceased and that in all probablity no future use will occur. There are other cases in which there may have been a financial issue that has now been resolved, so a decision is made that a hearing will not be necessary. As we stated earlier, every case is unique but the option of getting the PDL recalled does exist, and where appropriate should be a goal fo the Applicant and Counsel undertaking issues with the BLE that need to be addressed. Be sure you inquire with counsel, whehter the withdrawal of the PDL is an viable option for your case. Bob Bennett
