If you're reading this review, there is a really good chance that you arrived here because you are sitting at your computer doing frantic Google searches for the key words "Texas BLE hearing attorney." Well, look no further than Bob Bennett. My issue before the board stemmed from an incident that... happened almost 10 years ago, but that I made worse by not disclosing. I knew the odds were stacked against me, but I wanted to take the best shot I had, so I hired Bob. He was really great about setting realistic expectations as well as keeping me informed about the status of my case. The night before the hearing, he spent time preparing me and my witnesses for questions the Board would ask me... grilling me endlessly until I felt more confident in my answers. I left our meeting feeling better than I had in months! Bob and Jeff know what they're doing, have been before the Board dozens of times, and it shows. Trust me, on the big day you do NOT want to go in there with anything less, or even worse go in there by yourself. Even with a case as complex and difficult as mine, he was able to hold the Board to some small victory... I have to go before them again in 6 months to reapply, rather than wait an entire year. Considering the significance of my nondisclosures, that in itself is a great result.

I hired Mr. Bennett for a hearing before the BLE. His knowledge of the attorneys and board members are extremely helpful in putting together a case. He is an expert at handling the whole situation which allowed me to not be as nervous for the day of the hearing. If you have received a negative PDL & ...want an attorney to handle the matter well, I would hire Mr. Bennett.

Mr. Bennett represented me in front of the Texas Board of Law Examiners. I chose Mr. Bennett after searching on the internet for an Attorney who specialized in these matters. Choosing an attorney through this method can be scary considering what is on the line . . . your career. Once I spoke with Mr.... Bennett, my fears were immediately put to rest. The Board of Law Examiners had a somewhat strong case against me including a drug arrest, two alcohol arrests, and a disclosure issue. Mr. Bennett was able to get half of the issues (chemical dependency) dropped prior to the hearing, so all that was at issue was the disclosure issue. At the hearing, Mr. Bennett performed well and seemed to have a good relationship with the Board. I was obviously was nervous; however, because of Mr. Bennett's expertise I was granted a full license. I would unequivocally recommend Mr. Bennett for anyone with Board of Law Examiner issues.
