Bob's the Best!

Bob represented me in a hearing before the Board of Law Examiners. I couldn't have been more prepared and as a result the board dismissed the action. He is so familiar with the process and the people at the BLE, and I was so grateful he was there to hold my hand through the experience. There may ...be less expensive lawyers, but you get what you pay for, and with Bob you get the BEST!

Favorable TX Board of Law Examiners Result

Mr. Bennett helped me obtain a favorable result with the Texas Board of Law Examiners. My moral character being questioned by the BLE and Mr. Bennett helped me through it. He is very experienced in this field and makes you feel comfortable about what's going on. I highly recommend him.

Great attorney and counselor for licencing issues

I retained Mr. Bennett to represent me at a character and fitness hearing before the State Bar of Texas. Unfortunately, I waited until just three weeks before my hearing to contact Mr. Bennett, but that did not stop him from taking my case and diving head first into it. He immediately put me at ea...se during our consultation and helping keep me calm and my anxiety low during the time leading up to my hearing. Mr. Bennett or his paralegal remained in constant communication during case prep, usually sending an email every few days to update me on prep and daily when working on gathering materials. He and his office also returned calls or emails usually by the end of the business day always within 24 hours and. From day one, Mr. Bennett guided me through the steps I needed to take and the people I needed to talk to in order to help my case. Mr. Bennett's connections in other professions, such as alcohol counseling, are invaluable and extremely helpful. He also worked with me and allowed me to do a lot of the basic work in order to help keep my legal bill as low as possible, something that is not always done in the legal field. I believe that his true desire to help others achieve their goals is something that every potential licensee needs in their corner. He truly takes a genuine interest in his clients and their success. Mr. Bennett knows his law regarding law licensure in Texas. His knowledge, expertise, and quick actions helped me successfully prove my case and receive licensure without probation - something that I believed would not be possible given the facts of my case (two alcohol related arrests within 4 years of application) and the time in which he had to work (less than three weeks). I would not hesitate to retain or pass Mr. Bennett's name and info on to any friend or colleague that needed representation before a supervising licensing authority. While an attorney cannot guarantee results, Mr. Bennett's presence on your side of the table definitely carries weight and will benefit anybody facing a licensing board.

Thanks Bob Bennett and Jeff Wagnon

Bob and his team helped me with a very difficult reinstatement to the Texas Bar. After extensive discovery and several hearings, Bob and Jeff prevailed. Thank you gentlemen - J. R.

Knowledgable, sincere, result oriented.

I engaged Bob Bennett & Associates to handle a licensing issue with the State Board of Texas and the Board of Law Examiners. Mr. Bennett and his staff take pride in their record and reputation, which is readily apparent in their work product. There was a plan from the beginning, adjusted as nee...ded, and executed professionally. I would recommend this Firm to anyone in law school or otherwise seeking licensure and facing any issue or concern in Texas.
