HAVING PROBLEMS WITH THE BOARD OF LAW EXAMINERS? LOOK NO FURTHER, MR. BENNETT IS THE LAWYER YOU NEED!!

Celebrating a win at the finale of your case is always a sure sign that you hired the right attorney for your case. For my case, I hired Mr. Bennett as my attorney, and at the finale of the case, "celebrating a win" is what we did. Mr. Bennett is exactly the type of lawyer I aspire to be. He emb...odies the kindness and compassion that is highly preached about in the legal profession but rarely seen in practicing lawyers. My personal experience with Mr. Bennett stemmed from a professional licensing issue concerning character and fitness. After months of diligently researching attorneys specializing in this field, I was firm that Mr. Bennett would be the right man for the job. Despite my research, however, I hesitated before reaching out to Mr. Bennett because medical bills (arising from a separate family matter) had drained my wife and I financially. Thank God however a few weeks prior to my hearing I was able to save a little money and I decided to give Mr. Bennett a call to hear him out. I explained to him my issues, both legal and financial. Mr. Bennett however, from the very beginning, showed interest in only one thing, my legal issues. Before ever paying him a single dollar, he gave me priceless advice, for a worst case scenario, on how I could resolve the matter myself if worse came to worst regarding my finances. I knew from that moment forward that Mr. Bennett was the attorney I would hire if my wife and I were able to raise the remainder of the very reasonable sum he quoted me. His selfless advice, guiding me on how to move forward on my own if my financial position prevented me from hiring him, demonstrated his compassion and understanding, and most importantly, it showed that Mr. Bennett's number one priority was to make sure I reach a favorable and just outcome despite whether or not I hired him. About a week after my initial conversation with Mr. Bennett, I was able to raise the remainder of the money to hire Mr. Bennett (Thank God) and I immediately drove to Bennett & Associates to retain Mr. Bennett's continued counsel. Now that all is said and done, I can tell you that my instinct to hire Mr. Bennett was dead on. His counsel and representation was certainly worth the very reasonable fee I paid him and much more. I can say, without any hesitation whatsoever, that if you have a licensing issue, Mr. Bennett is the man you want to hire. No matter your situation, whether you are struggling financially or believe you can resolve your issues personally, I would still highly recommend giving Mr. Bennett a call because, first and foremost, his number one priority (from my experience with him from beginning to end) is to help you make sure you get the best result possible. Essentially, whether or not you want to hire an attorney to resolve your case, I highly recommend you reach out to Mr. Bennett prior to your hearing because at minimum you will get the opportunity to consult his vast knowledge in this field and as a result increase your chances of winning a favorable decision from the board. For me, Mr. Bennett was able to get the matter dismissed completely, and if you give him a shot, I don't see why he wouldn't try his best to do the same for you. Good luck with your matter!!! (Note: a crucial lesson I learned from my experience with Mr. Bennett concerns timing; essentially, I was informed by Mr. Bennett that if I had hired him earlier than two weeks before my hearing, there was a strong likelihood, at least regarding the merits of my case, that he could have found some alternative way to dismiss my case without having to attend a hearing, which, notwithstanding the added stress and heartache that you experience prior to a full blown hearing, will certainly save you a lot of time and money regarding traveling and lodging expenses that you will otherwise spend attending a hearing).

STELLAR ATTORNEY TO REPRESENT TO REGARDING TEXAS BOARD OF LAW EXAMINERS

My spouse retained Attorney Bennett to provide incredible representation defending my spouse against the Texas Board of Law Examiners. I observed Attorney Bennett's performance in front of the TBLE and I remain thoroughly impressed at his ability to compile evidence that truly reflected my spouse's c...haracter and fitness to practice law. Attorney Bennett beautifully prepared my spouse and witnesses including myself, a practicing attorney, considering the tumultuous obstacles this case had. Attorney Bennett explained the process step by step, prepared my spouse and witnesses for the adversarial procedure regarding the proceedings, and reinforced confidence upon us as we entered the hearing. After Attorney Bennett's effective representation, even the TBLE prosecutor sided with Attorney Bennett encouraging approval of my spouse's character and fitness. Attorney Bennett correctly predicted the outcome of the hearing and within hours after the hearing, we received the relieving and amazing news from Attorney Bennett that the TBLE JUDGES APPROVED THE CHARACTER AND FITNESS!! Since my spouse fulfilled every requirement, days later my spouse BECAME A MEMBER OF THE TEXAS STATE BAR and is now a LICENSED ATTORNEY IN THE STATE OF TEXAS!! Attorney Bennett aided my spouse in achieving the life long dream of becoming an attorney. Attorney Bennett epitomizes what it means to be a Licensed Attorney in the State of Texas as he is compassionate, dedicated, experienced, and relentless in his efforts to achieve positive results for his clients! Moreover, Attorney Bennett even provided a consultation to an individual while in the hearing waiting room considering the individual did not know what to expect as they prepared for their own TBLE hearing. Attorney Bennett is sincere in his efforts and is definitely an Attorney I will be recommending to others in the future. Without a doubt, Attorney Bennett is the attorney you want to have representing you if you become the target of TBLE determinations. I am honored that Attorney Bennett is my colleague in the Texas State Bar and I am confident that his stellar representation will aid you in your battle against the TBLE. I recommend retaining Attorney Bennett early to combat all obstacles that arise in your case. Nevertheless, at any stage, Attorney Bennett is the lawyer you need representing your matter.

Outstanding Lawyer

Bob helped me out of an impossible situation. I was facing almost certain disbarment and he was able to negotiate a 6 month suspension with a 6 month probation. I was elated with the outcome of my case and would highly recommend him to any attorney facing the State Bar Disciplinary Committee.
