When I first received my BLE preliminary determination letter I found myself in an indescribable panic. It felt as though everything I had worked so hard for was flashing before my eyes. I called several attorneys and all made me even more anxious---partially because they demanded an outrageous amoun...t of money I knew I wouldn't be able to come up with but also because they made my situation sound doomed from the get go.
