The medical student or doctor who receives a USMLE " Irregular Behavior" Letter must understand that the result may be an annotation on score reports, placement on transcripts, and a transmittal to the Federation of State Medical Boards' Physician Data Center, and being barred from all future Step examinations. Thus, your medical career may come to an end. Also keep in mind that an attempted action to subvert the examination process is enough to get you an IR letter. It is serious and has serious ramifications.
