Friendly and responsive

The first thing that impressed me about Bob is that he was a good listener. He also was able to get a quick handle on where my concerns were leading in the conversation. This gave me confidence that he's good at what he does and is very familiar with the process of obtaining a law license in Texas.... He counseled that I would not need his services for my situation, but was open to helping me any way he can should that change. I'm very pleased.

A Helpful, Caring and Knowledgeable Attorney!

I am a prospective law student applying to law schools in Texas with a less than perfect record. I have had academic issues as well as DWI issues. My main concern was if I would ever be able to practice law in Texas or would I be denied admission to sit for the Bar after graduating law school? I cont...acted Bob and gave him the details of my situation. He listened to my concerns and was very supportive. He explained to me exactly how the process works and the importance of being fully transparent about my background. Bob explained that people make mistakes but being honest and transparent about them is key. As long as I owned up to my past mistakes and demonstrated that I had made a positive change, he said I had a good chance of being accepted to sit for the Bar. Bob is truly a knowledgeable and caring individual. I would highly recommend him to any law students or graduates who have issues or questions regarding the Character and Fitness portion of their law school or State Bar application.

USMLE Irregular Behaviour

When I received the irregular behavior letter from the USMLE, I was in state of shock and didn't know how to proceed. I asked around but it was not of any help. Finally,I contacted Mr. Bennett and got the solution. He helped me to make the best defense possible regarding my case. He has the experien...ce to deal with these kind of letters and has the knowledge about the USMLE/NBME previous cases. I highly recommend to consult Mr. Bennett to any medical students who receive the irregular behavior letter.

The medical student or doctor who receives a USMLE " Irregular Behavior" Letter must understand that the result may be an annotation on score reports, placement on transcripts, and a transmittal to the Federation of State Medical Boards' Physician Data Center, and being barred from all future Step examinations. Thus, your medical career may come to an end. Also keep in mind that an attempted action to subvert the examination process is enough to get you an IR letter. It is serious and has serious ramifications.

Physician- client

I was involved in a very messy residency program at a hospital in the Northeast. I was being treated very unfairly by the Department Director because I was a woman and foreign trained. I contacted Texas License Attorney Robert S. “ Bob” Bennett and he helped me change programs without the loss of an...y credits or time and I was able to successfully complete my residency program. I found him to be very knowledgeable re. medical matters and reasonable in his charges for the work performed. I would recommend any physician to hire him if they are facing a problem with a medical board or an type of medical-legal problem. He did a very good job for me.

Consultation for licensing application

I am applying for a professional license and needed some advice. Bob was timely in responding to my inquiry. He was extremely easy to talk to and took his time to understand my situation. I did not feel rushed. I felt understood. I found him insightful and I believe the advice he gave was sound. I n...eeded some perspective from someone with experience and I got the guidance I was looking for in our consultation. I feel more confident in my application and if I require further assistance he will be my first consideration.
